E-mail Outlook Web App: Keeping it open. If you mark your e-mail for Private User when you log in, it should stay open through out the day. Just be sure not to close the Browser or it will close your e-mail.
Right Click: To do a right click on a Mac - please hold down the "Control" key then click your mouse or tracking pad. Make sure you have the cursor over the item you are wanting to Right Click on. Also, if you use 2 fingers to click on the tracking pad, rather than 1 finger, this will give you a right click.
Scrolling down using a tracking pad (mouse pad on laptop): If you place 2 fingers on the tracking pad and slide down, it will scroll your screen.
If you want items you have open to display to the lower right of your doc bar when you reduce them down:
Go to the "Apple" in upper left hand corner, select "Dock", then "Dock Preferences". Uncheck "Minimize windows into application icon".
(You can also go through "System Preferences" and select "Dock" to uncheck this setting.)
Seeing/Tabbing through Open Applications:
If you hold down the "Apple" key and hit the "Tab" key, your open applications will display, keep hitting your tab key and you will scroll through them.
